Summertime!!

We've had a fun summer so far...swimming, swimming, swimming!!!

Madison has been enjoying an occasional pancakes with dark chocolate chips on top for breakfast this summer...this girl LOVES her some chocolate

 



 Swimming with our good friend Ava Grace...the girls had so much fun together...were completely worn out. Caleb was there too, but I'm sure he was taking a "rest" on the lawn chair :)

 

We had swim lessons with Burton from Miss Trish for our third year in a row. The kids learn so much in one week's time. This year they were learning to dive and more technique on the back stroke. It's been so nice to have a friend there with us every year...can't believe how they've grown the past 3 years!!

It's been fun so far and we still got a lot of summer to go of swimming while we wait on Baby Owen to get here!!:)

 





Father's Day

We had a great Father's Day weekend. We had dinner with Pops at Maggiano's which is always delicious (I also eat WAY too much). Sunday we went to lunch with Papa at Nero's and then we all went to visit Pap and had homemade ice cream.

Tennis Camp

The girls had tennis camp this week. They have done gymnastics for the last year and a half, but this is their first "sport with a ball" to try. They loved it and had so much fun. They made games for things to make things fun while learning the basic strokes of the game. I would be a happy momma if they really took to tennis :)

 

I got to take pictures b/c I had to stay for two days. Macey hit her head Monday afternoon and had to sit out the second day. Madison would only go if we stayed to watch...she is too much like her Mommy, although my extreme "introvertness" in public didn't hit me until I was a little older.  Macey was able to be back for the third day but I had to stay and make sure she didn't have any residual effects. So much for my week of getting things done this summer:)

Colton's 5th Birthday Party
