Memorial Day at the Lake

We went to Papa and Bebe's lakehouse for Memorial Day to ride on their new boat. We went up Sunday afternoon and spent the night then came back Monday afternoon. It was a nice relaxing day with nothing much you had to do.

Moments with Mom at Preschool

I had Moments with Mom at Preschool today. It was so cute. They had cupcakes and tea-punch for the Moms and kids. The girls gave us precious pictures of them they had taken and the scrapbooks they have been making all year. The girls have had such a great year at school with their teachers and friends. I can't believe they only have 2 days left. Thanks Miss Jennifer and Miss Leanne for a great year in Pre-K 4!!

 The last day of school...they've grown a lot this year!

The girls finished Pre-K 4 and are ready for Pre-K 5. Sam finished the 2's class and is ready for the 3's!!

 

Lemonade Stand!

The girls, especially Madison, have been asking when they can have a lemonade stand for weeks now. We finally had one yesterday. The weather was great for it, and the proceeds went to Inner City Ministry to help send some kids to camp this summer. The kiddos raised about $300! Not bad for a few hours in the afternoon!!

After a few hours and bored with flagging cars down...we broke it down not long after this...no one wanted to stop for a line of mothers sitting in chairs by the street! :)

Gymnastics Awards Day

The girls had their Awards Day at Gymnastics on Monday. The parents got to go out on the floor and watch them practice up close to see all they have learned. Then they all received medals. It was so cute, and they liked "showing off" for all the parents.

They went up on a platform one at a time to receive their medals then everyone clapped for them. They had the Olympic music playing in the background...so cute and fun!

 



Madison does not like attention on her...after the "ceremony" she told me, "Mommy, I didn't want to go up there, but I knew I could do it." Like Mother like Daughter! :)
